Design and Layout Session
Map Out Your Construction Plan! A team member will meet with you to create detailed architectural drawings for submission to the city for your Building Permit.
Solidify Your Design. With expert guidance, you’ll bring your dream basement to life. During this phase, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss additional ideas with our interior designer to confirm your design choices!
Project Kickoff
Scheduling Phase. Once the construction drawings and specifications are finalized, the assigned project manager will furnish our clients with a comprehensive project schedule.
Material Delivery Arrangements. Following the establishment of dates, essential materials will be delivered. We request a designated area, such as your garage, for material drop-off.
Commencement of Demolition. If needed, we’ll initiate necessary demolition work to clear the space for the upcoming construction, ensuring a clean slate for your project.
Project Updates
Stay in the loop. Receive regular updates from your Project Manager regarding your project and about any decisions needed to be made.

Substantial Completion
Your project has reached a significant milestone – Substantial Completion. At this stage, all electrical work is finished, and all plumbing fixtures are fully installed.
Final Payment Procedure. With substantial completion achieved, it’s time for the final payment. We kindly request that you settle the remaining balance at this stage.
Warranty Assurance. Following the receipt of your final payment, we’ll promptly furnish you with warranty documents, ensuring peace of mind for our valued clients.
Deficiency Assessment
Detailed Evaluation. Upon reaching substantial completion of your renovation project, our team conducts a comprehensive assessment of the entire space.
Resolution Plan. Our team develops a comprehensive plan to address each deficiency on the list. This plan includes specific actions to be taken, timelines for resolution, and assignments of responsibility to ensure accountability for completing the necessary work.
Final Touch Ups
